Lelia is an amazing therapist! My son, diagnosed with autism, has gone from sleeping only 3 hours a night to 10-12 hours a night since we started therapy sessions with Lelia, not only sleep, but his eye contact and social interaction has improved dramatically over the last year! Lelia was part of small group of therapists we used to offer alternative therapy to service users post lockdown. The feedback on Lelia as a therapist and CST as an intervention was wonderful. She worked equally well and comfortably with individuals who had no apparent issues as with those who had profound disability, who suffered with chronic mental health issues or who had learning disabilities. All said were met with kindness, compassion and genuine respect and reported the therapy was both enjoyable and effective. Lelia showed herself to be a committed and beautiful therapist who could bring her skills, without judgement, to all.

Lelia is a tremendously skilled practitioner apart from being a warm, caring and generous person. During my sessions with her I’ve experienced sensations of release and profound stillness that have been hugely healing and nurturing - not just physically but at a much deeper level also. It is hard to understand how a treatment that involves so little movement can produce such powerful results but this really does for me - CST meets my body at its very core and the healing flows from there - magic!! I have regular Cranio sacral sessions with Lelia. Being highly sensitive it helps to regulate my nervous system snd I after the sessions I am grounded and rejuvenated. Lelia is highly intuitive and excellent at her craft. She has nuggets of Wisdom and feel grateful to have found her. Teresa 💜
